Question, How do raffles work?

Can some please explain exactly how a raffle works in detail?

Some things I don't understand

-does the base get made full by the winner or host?

-does the host shade it after it ends?

P.S. I will have a raffle after I learn exactly how they work

you make the front part of two skins (one on front and one on back) and post it, asking people if they want front or back. then, at the due date/deadline/whatever, you spin a wheel (or something of the sort) to choose which person (or people) win the front and back

but like how do you cover up the font/back if u win

1. Some raffles give you the option to shade it yourself or have the person that made the base shade it. but only some.
2. It really depends, I for example in my raffle stated in the description that I will likely shade and use the outfits I made at some point. some don't tho.
