For arms Right side is step one. 1: click the darken shade button and make a line down the side closest to the body and leave 2 pixels at the top.

Left arm (step2) : add a pixel where arm would (in reality) bend like a wrist or elbow and make what i did there. Add outer layer between this.

Legs:
Left (step 1) : add a darker shade to inside part of leg and leave one pixel.

Right (step 2) : add another bending place and outer layer.

Hair : just copy my thing lightening at every step. Last step is at outerlayer!
