Updated Rules for clearer light:

Trash skins = Throwup/ehh made in 30sec type skins. That doesn't say you made them, but a child did, which means not anything like the things you make.
Fixer-upper skins = little things that need updates or changes. Parts can be used for other skins, like the Trash ones, to fix them.
