Thanks to SpaceBr0wnies for the skin base!

This base is based off of Togepi, the Spike Ball (Egg) pokemon! I used Togekiss a bit during Brilliant Diamond (Still haven't beaten Cynthia) back when it first came out! I've always loved the color scheme in it's design and think the line is very cool overall!
