Thanks to SpaceBr0wnies for the skin base!

This is based off of leafeon, my second favorite eeveelution! Leafeon has such a cool design, but is unfortunately very forgotten by Game Freak, it really is a shame. I've never used it purely because of the pokemon's previous barrier of entry, but I've always wondered what a leafeon could truly achieve!
