The man wears a long red coat, brown trousers, and a green ascot cravat (?). He is Victorian-esque... or maybe more of the New South Wales sort XD Perhaps he is an aspiring posh with his top hat but unfortunately his worn boots and patchwork trousers give away his working-class origins. I hope you like him :)
