Mouthwashing is a 2024 horror/adventure game published by Wrong Organ. Best known for its unique storytelling and extreme, often surreal visuals, Mouthwashing is among the most widely respected indie horror titles of our time.

Anya in particular is one of five crew-mates populating an interstellar cargo vessel (the Tulpar) and is responsible for the medical needs of herself and her four colleagues. Thanks to her skills in the field, Anya's able to administer life-saving aid to the Tulpar's captain and maintain this individual in stable condition; an act nothing short of a miracle.
