Surf is a both a captain and builder, retired from naval service, surf spends his days as a engineer in the reality known as "Build a boat". surf makes everything from battleships, to rafts made of tnt, or even RC tornadoes. Surf loves a good fight, and won't back down. Surf is opportunistic, and is very strategic.
