Hair Shading Tutorial

this is a hair shading tutorial PLEASE INCLUDE CREDITS IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THIS SHADING

face:
(left is a boy; right is a girl)
-make a pallet going from dark to light (fourth color will be the main color of the hair)
-take the second lightest color and make an outline
-take the darkest color and put it under the eyebrows
-take the second darkest color and put it as shown
-fill in the face
-outer layer as shown
-cover the face with the outer layer

hair:
-add an additional color that is lighter than the main hair color
-put the darkest color as shown
-make sort of like a gradient going from dark to light as shown
-add highlights (aka the light parts)
-outer layer as shown; the color that it is overlapping would be the same
-put the outer layer on the hair

notes:
-it would be different if this is on the back of the head
