You can not make see through pixels on this webcite, but you can in some pixel art programs (Asesprite if you do pixel art alot and got a bit of money or Libresprite for a free version of Libresprite with a few less features), and in some skin edittors (Planet Minecrafts skin editer has transparent pixels buildt in). You can then umploade the skin to this webcite in the Upload page, not the Editer and have transparent pixels! Transpartent pixels can only be on the outer layer
