Tulip is the first Rose Steve Lead and Hugo meet in Steve Catalogue, he heard lightning in the distance and went to check it out where he saw N!ghtmare fighting Lead and Viene. He got a scar going down his whole body after getting absolutely cooked by Darkness Rose in episode 23 and his outfit is inspired from the cold biome of the W!nter Steves with a hint of blue... (is it foreshadowing?)
