Blonde Blazer | Dispatch

This skin is based on one of the main characters from the new choice based game, Dispatch!

Detail: skin is wearing a bright blue mask with blonde hair layered over the mask. She has a yellow shoulder piece with a red gem at the lower section in the front with a yellow cape connecting at the back. Her gloves and boots are a darker blue from her torso and mask and has white accents on her legs and arms.

Been loving dispatch and the story and wanted to make some skins from the game.
