This is a Nether Creeper. It resides in the Crimson and Warped Forests and has changed its appearance to be just like the biome. If this creeper explodes in your face, it will shoot out lava and make a explosion that converts the surrounding blocks to become blocks for either the Warped or Crimson Forests and it covers 50 blocks in range. Lethal to Overworld, run if you see one. lol jk its a imaginary mob but it uses one of my other skins as a base and the creeper face... I tried to make it look like lava but enjoy.
