well not follower but i have some more questions and would like answers form time to time plus i would like to hire some good people like u (do i sound stupid)

I'd highly suggest doing that. Just try to copy some other people's shading styles (Give credit, of course) then use that experience to make your own style.

What I'd suggest is to look at the way that other people do their shading.

I made some tutorials about how I did my shading, though these are inaccurate now.

You could look for some other shading tutorials like these.

At one point, I decided I wanted to improve my shading style, so I chose 4 skinners who's shading styles I liked and tried to copy them. I learned a lot through that and used my experience doing it to improve how I shade.
