backstory: a cult group, named the brooks, set out to kill anyone who's name was similar to theirs to be the "only brooks'' in the city. her parents were killed first, and alyssa was left to deal with her three younger siblings. she was gifted a kitsune mask that her youngest sister, emmi, had made for her. her brother and other sister, apollo (brother) and artemis (sister) went off to school one day, only to be killed in a mass murder event. left with her only remaining sibling, alyssa ran off, trying to get away from the city, but emmi was eventually kidnaped, still missing. alyssa was heartbroken and swore revenge on the murderers of her family, years later, she found them, and killed them, now searching for emmi, she is on the run from the police and society.
