Spectral TFBCD

One of the Decepticons' most Decorated and egotistical Soldiers, Spectral values his reputation just as much as his paint job. If anyone tries to make a comment on it, he either dismisses them as jealous, or will make harsh comments on their own appearance til they stop. Similar to Starscream, his vanity knows almost no bounds. But he's quite smart about how he plays his hand, and has never wanted to BE the leader, just the second in command to hold it over everyone else's helms. But that's all for the sneak peak.
