I tried to make a fire fairy, if that's a thing ?

Story:
Isolde was once a powerful ice fairy. However, one day, she made a terrible mistake, breaking the code of the fairies and using her powers to help herself selfishly. She was punished by being turned into a weak fire fairy, and all that remains to remind her of her old powers is her white wings and icy blue eyes, and a strand of blue hair.
