Rocket Man

Rocket man is a great leader and a Hyper.

He can fly. But he isn't super strong. He is fast but he only reached 50 miles per hour at max limitations of his speed.

He is super durable coming with his armor too.

His Mohs scale count is 7,9 due to a mutation that also makes him powerful unconditionally.

He is still limited. He is a human. Not a hybrid. Just a powerful human.

Weaknesses.

He is still human, he can burn, drown, even explode to kinetic stress.
He can get squashed.

Although he exceptionally durable he doesn't endure alot. Just the endurance of a Elite athlete human. Although he looks OP he isn't.

He has a cape which suits him red and a cyan fit.

He is muscular and an athlete.
