my idea was to use one of the soul traits made by Toby Fox from Undertale and the soul trait a chose in the end was JUSTICE

Justice has a natural urge to uphold what they perceive as just

Like Shard, Justice is a Nekomata protogen they are similar in some qualities, but they don't share any physical apart from being Nekomatas and Protogens
