He has telekinetic abilities and increased strength from his partial cybernetic body. He tried to create the Chaos Emeralds, but they only ended up being imperfect and incomplete. He supposedly lost his life after being killed by a young Varik The Hedgehog, but perhaps he may come back one day, somehow...
