heyheyhey!

my name is parrotwax and, goodness, i’ve missed this place so much!
before this account, i had been contributing to this community for quite a long time now [seven-ish years], before i had took a break to de-stress. a week turned into months, and eventually i had been gone for a year.
the lack of motivation i had darkened my mood quite a bit, and, on impulse, i deleted my old account and left “forever”.

obviously, that didn’t last long, and i ended up regretting my choice.
actually, choices.
plural.
this isn’t the first time i had done something like that.
i've had eight or nine other accounts, [most popular was "arcaena"]

i’m back, and hopefully, back forever.
the only reason i deleted these accounts was due to perfectionism [my best guess].
i never liked the way my style looked, the theme of my skins, how my pages fit together, etc. i wanted it all to be /perfect/, which now i know isn’t nessisary.
the reason i came back isn’t just because of homesickness, but also because i want to prove to myself that imperfection is /okay/!
