this is a skin based off neptune for the stars align club! the title comes from one of it's moons :]

i wanted the skin to have sort of a mystic design, and tried to have an icy theme for the skin
the blue thing covering the eye is a cloud!

the colors are a mix of the actual colors and the enhanced colors, since both are really pretty :D

also the hair is inspired by rumi from kdh >:]


i might make another planet skin next, or do some star sign skins, i haven't decided yet


also fun fact about neptune!
Galileo originally thought that Neptune was a star, and it wasn't until over 200 years that it was finally recognized as a planet by Galle and other various astronomers :D
i honestly love hearing about origins and discoveries aha
