In blockbench,(My chosen skin editor) I turned mirror mode on, then I used the draw shape tool, set it to square, set the colour to white and the opacity to about 50%. Then I just drew slightly clear square outlines on the arms, legs, torso and head. Hopefully I explained this well >_<
