Your typical family owned food truck worker. I made him to work in a taco truck I illegally parked against another's property line. Sure, he has absolutely no experience cooking, and yes, he does ash his cigarette in the same sink the dishes are cleaned in, but he's the best you've got while the normal cook is in the middle of a viscous custody battle with his ex-wife Belinda. But don't worry, he won't report you for any illegal practices (he empties half the register each shift) and the ankle monitor will go off if he tries to go to far for a break. Plus, his parole officer, Randy, is a great costumer. So bring him onboard, and just pray they put him back on house arrest before the health inspector shows up.
