anywayssss entry to itsSquirbo's themed contest!! i really hope i did this right RAHHH go join because the theme was soooo cool :O ( constellations)

AHEM, so this is Andromeda (a constellation of a princess in Greek Mythology). Lil backstory stuff but Cassiopeia, Andromeda's mother, was bragging about how she and her daughter were more beautiful than the Nereids. Poseidon heard these remarks and sent a sea monster to ravage the coast of their kingdom. Cepheus, the king of Aethiopia, consulted an oracle, which revealed the only way to stop the monster was to sacrifice Andromeda. She was chained to a rock (as you can see by the poorly detailed shackles on her arms) to be sacrificed. Long story short, Perseus saved Andromeda and they got married.

Andromeda's story represents beauty, sacrifice, and heroism, which i didn't really show great in this skin, but the beauty part is hopefully there :D her story is also an example of a "damsel in distress", which i kinda used the title as a starting point.
