personally, i don't tend to like palette contests, but over half the people who answered the poll wanted one, so i'm doing it first to get it out of the way. also, i understand that some of you might need to tint the palette colors to fit your style better, and that's fine.

round will be 2 weeks each, with extensions only given in extreme situations, and rounds can end early if everyone submits their entry before the due date.

scoring system + rounds are on another skin because i cant fit them here :( i will put the link here when its posted
