Look at her!!! I fixed the hair!!!!
The flower is loosely based on hibiscus, and the outfit is inspired by a very cheap dress with sand and an ocean printed on.
I thought about putting sunglasses on at first or turning the hairclips black to reference sunglasses, but then I found the dress and just forgot about it.
Maybe I'll make a skin for every season eventually :P

I really hope nothing went uncoloured :(
