Sorry i took some time to do this skin, i'm not very acctive this days on Skindex...
Also, for some reason, it doens't look much like her at all -__-

I didn't know what version (like, outif and hair) of Billie Eilish to do, so i did a google search and picked this one where she's wearing two black jackets and this checkered shorts :D

Anyways, hope you like the skin!
