Yes! Im surprised you don't know it! It's a very popular old horror movie that people still make a big deal of. Even made Jason fan-made stuff and a killer in video games!

In the original "Friday the 13th" movie, the killer is Pamela Voorhees, Jason's mother. While Jason is the iconic slasher of the series, he is not the killer in the first film. He appears later in the franchise.
