havent done an effects skin like this in a long time so i apologize for how funky it looks, especially with the shading underneath the outer layer.
sometimes it’s fun to just shade basic shapes every once in a while rather than always shading complex shapes.

the skin file looks pretty trippy on here, especially if you look at it from far away
