The name of his base was called "Elven Guard Tri-Border Base" (as it's the base right beside the 2 southern country's neighbors)
Also the country is a bit northern of the 2, since there wasn't any space and I got the map width to height ratio wrong.

Oh thx I was Abt to start a comment about what borders, but here's where I put it.

The country that you named Alverrosa, was a large country which borders Fenusean and Tasairea, the war started because Fenusea decided to launch a surprise attack on Alverosa's own land. Tasairea decided to fight back against them, to stop the invasion. In the end, the invasion didn't work, but it was close. So Fenusea lost a lot of its land.
that is wonderful! I love to come up with stories for my kingdoms. Good job!

His city was going to be called Alverosa. Sorry that I forgot to make that clearer. He mostly just works on the borders there, so I kinda forgot to say what side of the border he worked on. :l
