This Character is made by me, Xalvie. Or what I go by here aka Anonineth.

Xalvie is inspired by the white fuschia flower. Galia is inspired by winged characters where Her wings is approximately disguised using magic after she makes them wrap around her shoulder as a cape.

With magic her wings turns to Cloth and she finished the disguise with her golden badge in the middle while the 'tips' of the coat have s slight golden touch.

Wearing a really simple outfit under her 'coat'. Black turtleneck and pants. She goes around barefoot.
