The oldest Violet Steve's say they remember stories and legends of a time when the lands of the Overworld, Spirit World, and the World Below all existed in one place, and if you wanted to visit one all you had to do was fly to it. After the First War the Original Creator separated the worlds and made the Violet Steve's protectors of the space between the worlds.

Okay, so Violet Steve's being goddamn pink instead of the blueish/purple they actually are is rather irritating for me. So Indigo Steve's are now Violet Steve's.
