Yuki means snow in Japanese, because she was
born on a really snowy day, Yuki is the older sister of Ame and the daughter of Hana and the Wolf Man in the film "Wolf Children". As a child, she was energetic and adventurous, enjoying exploring the outdoors and chasing small animals. However, as she grew older, her behavior became more calm and mature due to her promise to her mother not to transform into a wolf in public. Through out the film, Yuki is a bit of a trouble maker in her wolf form but in the end she ends up choosing to be a human, seeing that she prefers how a human would live more than how she would live as a wolf.
