This is an edited version of a design by mxxnlt. I simply changed the green to red because its my favorite color. Below is the description and link to his original design.
Description
"this is the Intergalactic Society (I.S.) Minion. They are much much much weaker than the 5 leaders, but they are always energized and never tire. They are quite weak i terms of battle prowess, so that's why there are so many of them. They aid the leaders in their universal domination campaign. greenminion"

how do you make this

read the description. some users allow their skin designs to be edited. i saw a skin made by mxxnlt and clicked the edit option then just changed the green parts to different shades of red.
