Kipling Hart is a 18 year old boy also living in Brigh****er (thanks censorship). He's the childhood friend of Eulalie and has diagnosed hyperacusis as well as (undiagnosed) BPD. He has a severe attachment to Eulalie and her changing over the story makes him scared about the possibility of her leaving. He's more outgoing and open in comparison to Eulalie, which is why he wears a shirt over anything with long-sleeves. Super satisfied with his design but not how I made it here </3
