A OC I came up with. A gun for higher who's good at his job and has joking yet menacing demeanor. Not much is known about him. We only know whats been seen on the news a completed mission and an occasional glimpse of the man after the job's done. But something to note is that he's been known to go after criminals and leaves innocents alone. As if he's some sort of vigilante.

Wearing a black hat with blue band, gas mask, blue jacket, black and blue gloves, black shirt and vest underneath, black belt with blue decor, black jeans, black and blue shoes, and an ear piece.
