This is FreeWifi's Commander BlackBone skin except I fixed what looked like an error to me on the underside of the Head's Outer Layer. I also took some elements from the Nether Brick skin, and copied them over to this skin since they looked better than the original in my opinion.

Obviously all credits go to FreeWifi. Everything featured in this skin was made by them, quite literally because I just used MS Paint to transfer pixels from one image to the other.
