good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, this is the seventeenth skin in my ongoing OC skin series :D

this is Kestrel, the Air God

. CONDITION .
healthy ^-^

. LOCATION .
depends. sometimes at Oozepine Valley, sometimes on Earth, hunting

. IN THE COMPANY OF .
again, depends. though usually just around other God Hunters, or alone and hunting by himself

. EXTRA .
i'ma put more stuff in the comments so i don't run out of room lol

the mask on the side of his face is supposed to be a kestrel mask btw if you couldn't tell. signature to him and his team of God Hunters

okay so this WAS going to be the last skin in the series but then i realized it's number SEVENTEEN and seventeen is a gross number, like it just feels wrong to end on the number seventeen; it's not an even number and it doesn't end in 5 so it's not neat, it's just a really ugly number altogether. so i'll be posting at LEAST one more skin in this series, though it'll probably end up being 20 because i have two more skins i can use for the series so i just have to make one more-

also before all this i had put the kestrel mask over the face but that made it an even number of pixels across so the beak didn't really look a beak n stuff. then i had the idea to put it on the side of the face and that's exactly what i did. i think it looks so much better now lol

that and the eyes were my biggest concerns. the eyebrows the hair the skin everything just looked so wrong until i realized the problem; i made the eyes a lighter color than the skin tone which is something i usually /NEVER/ do and i only tried it this time because he's one of the only gods that still has his powers during the apocalypse and i wanted to emphasize that. but it was messing up everything else about the face and it just looked ugly in general so i made them like this instead and omg those two pixels fixed the ENTIRE face.

ACTUALLY NEVER MIND. I AM BECAUSE I JUST REMEMBERED THE PAIN I WENT THROUGH WHEN MAKING THIS SKIN AND I FEEL THE NEED TO SHARE IT WITH YOU ALL
first of all the cape shading. it might not look that bad from the front and back but on the insides of the skin, specifically the sides of the torso it's HORRIBLEEEEE
i spent so long trying to fix it but eventually i decided there was nothing i could do unless i was going to add more shading which wouldn't look right with the rest of the skin so i just accepted my fate and left it like that because probably no one's gonna pay attention to that part of the skin anyway
second of all the face. waiejiwaoejioa wju e that was so painful but also really fun to work with lol. for once in my life the white hair doesn't blend that bad with the skin-
