Reltan [insert middle and last name] is a water user who is an optimist and has big emotions on some things.
He’s 16 and has a condition called “cold spikes” which makes his body temperature drop dangerously low, and it happens randomly.

Reltan is good at distance fighting where he’s a sniper, but up close; he panics and doesn’t do very well.
