This skin is based on the Emmy awards winning artist, Billie Eilish!

Detail: skin has green hair dyed at the top of the hair with the rest being black. She is wearing a green shirt and black pants as well as green shoes. On top of her clothes she has a silver chain necklace which is something she has worn before at concerts and other events.

Wanted to make a Billie skin, because I've been listening to her a lot recently.
