General Skullhelm

This is what General Skull use to look like, he runs Military Tactics and was a genius on making war plans. Though no one could match him, his own friends besides a few chose to kill him. They found one of his bases and find him in it. Blew it up with everyone in the building. General Skullhelm was on the Cat-Walk at the time so he tried running towards the exit but the Cat-Walk gave out and he fell into the flames below. General Moppy and his chosen soldiers dug up the site and found General Skullhelm's burned corpse. He was somehow alive. So they brought him back to heal him.
