Her real name is Rosabell Shes been working on many potions specifically a lust potion and one day a big boom occurred in her making affecting the Steves. And she was a prize that her little experiment worked with that she gain some weird power. She wants everyone in the world to love her and only her. This effected everyone in the living world. Now her just moving her hand causes a person to lust and many moments later she has everyone her laughs and smiles echoing in the sky. But she relaxed 2 things sometimes the other Steves or none Steve are more attracted to each other but most of them are attracted to her and the second thing she realized. Even Galaxy Steve him self or any high being cannot resist this urge. But she noticed one wired thing. The effects worked everyone pretty much except for Satsujin Steve and the other 2 behind him. She doesn't know who that is or what they are called. She feels worry even though she has this much power now. Days later Satsujin Steve attacked behind her and she was basically shocked but she manages to slip away. But for the other 2 (Afflicter aka plague Steve and reverser reverse Steve) to sneak attack and getting her but she got away w luck
