Budget’s Lore [REMAKE] 3 (Cracking)

After Metal Sonic had left, most likely to go fight Sonic. Project 11 was left with Eggman. And Project 11 had quite impressed Eggman.

Eggman: ‘Very good, Project 11! But let us focus more on your speed than your strength.’
Eggman then took Budget to this hamster wheel machine and pulled out one of Sonic’s quills, turned it into a liquid and then injected it into Project 11.
Project 11: ‘What was that supposed to do?’
Eggman: ‘Make you faster.’
Project 11: ‘Oh cool.’
Eggman: ‘I have to show you something.’ Eggman brought Project 11 to a computer and showed him a different hedgehog from Sonic, Shadow, and Silver. ‘This is Subject V, he is from a different universe. He is quite fascinating! I wanted you to see him so you could have an example on what to do.’
Project 11: ‘Ok, I’m going back to training.’

From that point forward, things have changed. Project 11 was showing massive improvement, being able to break Eggman’s machines easily. But Eggman was apathetic and showed more attention to Subject V more than anything. It angered Project 11, little did he know, he would do much more damage in the future.
