I know it's probably not easy to trust, but I've kinda been going through similar stuff for a few years now, and my relationships always make me feel the same way. But at the end of the day, you can always make it through, and it gets easier. I feel really lonely, even now, that's why I've been trying to talk to more people on places like this recently. Just try to find little things to keep you going, even if it's something simple like just holding on to make more skins or meet new people. Just keep finding things to help you keep going. You're not hopeless, and you aren't alone. You've already made it this far. I'm sure that you'll eventually be able to find people irl you can trust, but also I'm sure you can find a lot of people on here willing to be friends, or help you out.
