so i know this looks a lot more like it's centered around the time of day, rather than the weather, buti figured it would still count because the clouds contribute significantly to the design (at least, i think so?)

the idea is that the sun is rising, the sky is clear, stars are beginning to fade into the light, the sky is painted in brilliant colors of daylight. creamy white clouds are drifting above, reflecting the light of the sun as the moon grows dim and silent
at least, that's the image i /wanted/ the skin to paint in the head of whoever's reading this

i hope this still counts as being weather themed, lol
