Oh, and about the tint rule, yeah, you can tint over the whole skin, including the outfit, as long as I can still tell what each colour is meant to be.

"learning to survive" and "dystopia" both have great examples of how something can still look blue even when the tint is so strong that it'a actually red.

Looking at the back, it seems like you didn't use the lightest blue there at all, so you could have easily used that colour for the bag, and then just changed the ribbon at the front to a different colour so that it wouldn't blend with the straps.

Maybe that could be something for emohqtz?

but i actually didn’t intend for this to happen. all i had in mind before starting my entry was that i just wanted that big hat, and then the rest of the design came out of absolutely nowhere.
i even almost threw a bag on her, but then i thought that would’ve been a bit overkill with the already complicated-enough design (and where would i have put it anyway, there’s literally no room)

Honestly, she makes the origins of Lucian and Sharlynn look straightforward lol.

(I'm challenging myself to associate each entry with a song from its palette's album (though in this case it seems like you've done that for me lmao). In this case, the song is Re-Con & Klubfiller- Good for me!)

I did say you could use tints on the actual palettes themselves, so if you think this would look better with the outfit tinted, you're more than welcome to upload a version where that's the case.

But that being said, this still looks great regardless. You have a real talent for combining all sorts of different accesories together. The witch hat, the MANY bows, the boots, and the little flower on the leg all look fantastic!
