This is Buzzy, an Audio-Animatronic from EPCOT Center's Cranium Command, found in the Wonders of Life Pavilion. Buzzy's job as a Cranium Commando requires him to sit in the brain of a 12-year-old boy, helping him think and make decisions. Cranium Command opened on October 19th, 1989; went seasonal in 2004; and closed on January 1, 2007, along with the rest of Wonders of Life.

This skin portrays Buzzy's design from 1989-1991, before his rubber hands were replaced with gloves.
