This took direct inspiration off of the thumbnail to Skip the Tutorial's video "Mind-Twisting Minecraft Illusions to See!" Which probably took inspiration from somebody else. Unfortunately, I had to lose the eyes seen in most of my skins for the illusion to work. This works because of an optical illusion, where the drawn pupils are actually drawn in the layer below the main layer, causing the pupils to appear to move slower. This make it look like they are following you.
