~Shade the skin
~hue shifting is allowed but keep the general colors
~add an outer layer
~no copying
~put entry in the comments
~tag luvR2
~have it done by Dec. 15th
~small changes are allowed
~no gender bending

The color palette is on the top of the head. You can remove that
